Day 4- Information (11 January 2010)

Well I bought the adapters for my plugs so my computer and camera charger work, yay, but unfortunately my tooth brush needed an actual converter and my alarm clocks tongs were too large to fit in the adapter so I was unable to set my alarm clock. I was able to set my alarm on my phone on though, but when it went off I turned it off and fell back asleep so I missed a meeting, but I ran off and made it to the important session about when and where my classes were going to be held. I have a class everyday of the week. I have a design class Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and a Shakespearian Acting Tuesday and Friday. Here is my schedule:

Monday 2-6
Tuesday 10-1
Wednesday 9-1
Thursday 10-1
Friday 10-1

It’s going to be a sweet schedule. I don’t have any classes ridiculously early, and the classes aren’t that long. I wish I had Monday or Friday off, but it’s a pretty sweet schedule. After I had all that sorted out I had a library tour and for the rest of the evening I tried to figure out a way to get to the airport. I decided that I was going to visit Evan in France while he was still there so I bought tickets from Gatwick Airport in London to Toulouse, France. The only problem was that I decided that I needed to have the first flight which happened to leave at 7:45 in the morning, so I would need to be at the airport at 6:00 and I had to go to the airport that happened to be the furthest one from where I live. After hours of looking through all my options I finally found the easiest way (which was made even more difficult by the fact that the tubes don’t run that early in the morning). Andreas came down to visit for a while and we continued talking and I learned more about German politics and how much English has infected the German language. I then stayed up all night packing, finishing Evan’s Christmas present, and leaving my dorm at 3:30am.
